Public Announcement: Discontinuation of DOR Services

We regret to inform our users that Streambox Media Private Limited has officially ceased operations, effective May, 2025. As a result, the DOR subscription service, along with the DOR TV App, will no longer be available.

What This Means for You:

By continuing to use your DOR TV device, you acknowledge and agree to these revised terms. Streambox will not be liable for any losses or damages arising due to this discontinuation.

Update Process

Choose your TV Model:

Steps to Use:

1. Unzip the ZIP files.
2. Prepare a USB Drive.
3. Copy the correct update files specific to the TV model (V, E, or C) onto the USB (in root drive).
4. Ensure the TV is switched off.
5. Insert the USB drive into the TV’s USB port.
6. Power on the TV.
7. The update process will begin automatically.
8. Do not remove the USB or power off the TV during the update.
9. Wait approximately 10 minutes for the update to complete.
10. Once complete, the TV will reboot or display a confirmation message.
11. Power off the TV.
12. Remove the USB drive.
13. The TV is now updated and ready for use or delivery.

Important Reminders

1. Use the correct update files for each serial number category (V, E, or C).
2. Do not interrupt the power supply or remove the USB during the update process.
